We believe weddings are individual events. After all, no two couples are the same. We can tailor make events. 
If you have a particular theme, then please let us know.  Through our network of contacts in Northumberland, we can put together a personal service just for you. We can offer you a range of dining options or if you prefer, you can use your own caterers. We are not a hotel and so many
of the restrictions that hotels impose do not apply when staying at Woodhill Hall.

You decide on the use of the rooms and what happens and when. Couples are amazed at the freedom we offer them when planning their special day. You tell us how
you wish to celebrate your wedding - we are here to make your dreams come true. We are on hand to give as much or as little assistance as you wish. On your wedding day, we will if you wish us to be present to check that everything is running smoothly for you. We guarantee exclusive use of the whole of the mansion for every wedding, unlike many other venues.

We believe in giving you as much freedom as we can when arranging your wedding. You're more than welcome to use your own caterers or, if you prefer, we have a list of caterers who have worked with us before on weddings. We'll be happy to give you their details.

For weddings of 28 guests or less, you are able to
bring your own alcohol onto the premises without any additional charges. If you have more than 28 guests we will run a licensed bar on your behalf. We attach details
of reception drinks that we can offer you and your guests.  If you wish to bring in your own alcohol for your wedding day you would be subject to paying corkage which will
go to a charity of your choice from a list of nominated charities. We would ask you to confirm the number of bottles you bring in and make any cheque payable to the charity and sign an appropriate gift aid form.

For larger weddings, we work with one of the most highly reputable bar services in the North East. They will provide bar services, including service staff and the drinks of your choice to help make your day perfect.
